Hayashi Partners (formerly Comites Asia LLC) is a retained executive search company established in Tokyo by Waichiro Hayashi. In 2007, Hayashi Partners decided to use PBXL’s Cisco based cloud telephony solution due to both the high degree of service quality and the flexibility for future expansion.
Challenges
Hayashi Partners was so dissatisfied with their legacy PBX that, despite having to buy out the remainder of their lease, they decided they needed a better system. The legacy PBX vendor, like any typical large company, had very little room for flexibility and no customized support options. Hayashi Partners found themselves in a difficult situation because they were in the process of relocating and merging offices, and needed the phones and numbers to move with them without costing the company a fortune.
