Having worked in the Asian telecommunications market since the early 1990s, the founders of PBXL became convinced there was a better way for enterprises to deploy modern technologies. While the initial IP telephony technologies might have had returns measured in the tens of years, we believe that technology convergence can drive productivity and innovation. Beyond telecommunications, as a technology services company, we believe that customer service and technology leadership are key to our success, focusing on “supersatisfying” our customers and enabling their business success.

For small and medium size businesses, our typical offerings provide a lower total cost of ownership and a plan/pack pricing approach that simplifies the entire telecommunications purchasing process. Additionally, unlike other offerings, the “PBX Purchase Iceberg” is never a worry for PBXL’s customers—since we own the hardware and the software, we include upgrades over time for our customers. Additionally, our PBXL Total Telephony Solution allows our customers unlimited usage for a low fixed fee, something that we have been offering since 2006, but we know of no other carriers offering similar services in Japan.

For larger enterprises, PBXL’s expert understanding of IP Telephony, networking and infrastructure separate us from the typical voice-data divide so often found in the enterprise. Whether it is measured in minutes or Megabits, we can provide an integrated business solution appropriate to your business. Best of all, unlike a hardware sales vendor, we will not try to sell you a separate IP-PBX for each of your offices, and will instead deploy to meet your needs. Our PBXL Dedicated offerings are customized to meet the needs of larger businesses, and allow for more flexibility than a conventional, hosted PBX installation. PBXL Dedicated offerings provide larger enterprises with the outsourcing solution that leverages PBXL’s expertise in Cisco Call Manager/Cisco Unified Messaging deployment.

For those corporations that have needs beyond hosting services, PBXL provides consulting services relating to:
